Debit
Simple, safe, secure, the Cal 1 Card Debit Account allows you to swipe your card to make purchases at many of your favorite merchants. The benefits to you are:
- no transaction fees
- no sign up is required, just make a deposit
- deposits can be made online or by check, by you or a parent
The Cal 1 Card website provides access to all your account information. When you log into your Debit Account, you can:
- make deposits
- check your account balance
- check account transactions
- report a lost or stolen card
Anyone can make a deposit to a Cal 1 Card Debit Account using a UC Berkeley Student ID # or Employee#. Online deposits can be made using a credit card and are immediately available for use.
